The place is just as beautiful as the pictures, and one of the cleanest chalets we’ve ever stayed in Oman. The location is perfect as it’s right by a roundabout but also isolated for those looking for privacy. The host is also very responsive and helpful, looking forward to coming again!

The house is amazing and exactly like the pictures, and the nature around it stunning. It is very secluded and we arrived by taxi. very dufficult to get a taxi to pick us up due to location. would only recommend to have a car available. Do not rely on taxis. however, that was solely on us and Ali was very helpful and kind and the place is great. We would absolutely return. (with car next time)

Jeden z najlepszych domów wakacyjnych w jakich mieszkaliśmy! Piękny, komfortowy dom w ślicznej okolicy. Dla osób, które cenią sobie spokój, prywatność i piękną przyrodę to miejsce jest idealne. Jedyny problem jaki mieliśmy to trud codziennego wyboru - zostać w domu i korzystać ze świetnego basenu, pójść na krótki spacer nad morze czy może udać się w pobliskie góry. Wyposażenie domu jest świetne; wygodna kuchnia, pralka, dostęp do platform filmowych - jest wszystko (nawet takie ważne szczegóły jak adapter do europejskich wtyczek elektrycznych). Warto jednak zadbać o dobre zakupy przed przyjazdem ponieważ okolica jest bardzo spokojna i wolna od sklepów:) Osobiście szczególnie doceniam materac w łóżku. Świetnie się spało - zdecydowanie najlepsze łóżko spośród wielu bardzo dobrych mieszkań i hoteli, z których korzystaliśmy w Omanie. Dom poleciłem już rodzinie oraz przyjaciołom i sam mam nadzieję jeszcze do niego wrócić. Dzięki Ali!

Wir hatten eine hervorragende Zeit im Haus von Ali. Im Nachhinein würde ich sagen: Es war viel zu kurz! Alles, und ich meine wirklich alles war perfekt: Die Betten waren bequem, die Küche ausreichend eingerichtet, der Pool mit Jacuzzi war ein Traum, dass alles in absoluter Privatsphäre und nur wenige 100 m vom Strand entfernt. Von der riesengroßen Dachterrasse aus konnte man die Sterne beobachten, aufs Meer schauen und morgens den Ziegenhirten beim Treiben der Tiere zuschauen. Es war sehr ruhig, die Bereiche zu den Nachbarn zusätzlich mit Sichtschutz versehen. Natürlich ist die Supermarkt – Situation nicht wie in Maskat. Das Problem haben wir umgangen indem wir Essen und Trinken mitgebracht haben. Ansonsten gibt es für alle, die etwas mehr Geld ausgeben wollen mit dem Dune Beach Restaurant eine gute Lösung, wer die besten Mishkak des Oman haben will, hält stattdessen an dem Straßengrill in der Nähe. Sollte ich wieder in den Oman reisen würde ich wiederkommen und mehr Zeit mitbringen.

A very private house, easy to find using GPS, a short distance from the new and very quiet Jebel Sifah resort. A spacious house, well equipped and clean. Upon arrival, we had to put the air fresheners outside the house because their scent was too strong for us. But that's not a negative feature, it's a matter of opinion. The location is about a 20-minute drive from Bandar Khiran, which is a great place for swimming, boat trips, or snorkeling. It's about an hour to Muscat, which is great for frequent visits. I highly recommend it.
